We took our lab there shortly after midnight last night. Boyfriend and I both knowing this could be expensive. After seeing some lethargy and laziness from our very happy and hyper pup Sunday evening, we called around ((mind you he had an appointment Thursday)) which we explained he was not his normal self, not eating but drinking quite a bit, no vomiting or any other extras. We called a couple of emergency vets Sunday evening and they told us we could wait to see the Vet that travels to our town that he should be fine until then.... Which we banked on. Our baby got super sick Wednesday evening, and we went out for a bit and found him when we got home laying in his own feces, which was the FIRST time anything had come out of him. In a panic I had called and got the number to an emergency vet, who proceeded to tell me I could wait until morning (didn't know the vet we use had emergency care) I googled and found this place, let them know we were coming and they IMMEDIATELY came to aid our pup, gave us some estimates while they were loving on our sweet baby, while running some test. They did not pressure us in any sort of way, for the hospitalization and gave us several quotes and circumstances, and professional and personal opinions. I of course was a nervous wreck, crying my eyes out because I hate seeing my fur baby like that, he is family. The girls there let me know when they would be there, and that I could call any time all the time check on my pup ((which I have been, and they are great every time i call)) Me being the person I am normally, I do not trust anyone but my own vet. However, these ladies and the Dr there made me feel extremely comfortable, gave me several options, and we did what we felt was best for our pup, and we left him in their care. Which I was completely okay with. I'm not sure of the ladies names Taylor? Brenda? and another lady with long blonde hair and wears a cap, who absolutely did wonderful with our fur baby, and even though yes it was very expensive, but dogs are family, they are your children, YOU ARE THEIR CARE GIVERS! They are just like babies, things happen some things you plan for some things you don't. I'm now older and know the responsibilities of owning a pet, and sometimes it does get expensive, but you gotta do what you can for them because they depend on you, just like you did your parents when you were younger. DO NOT own a pet, if you do not care for their well being and life. Needless to say, this vet and its staff is amazing! If i have an emergency and my vet is out of reach, I will be going to them. ((WHICH)) they even gave me the option to care for my pup for 24 hours until I could transfer him from my regular vet. Which we didn't want to risk since he is an Hour from our home, and this place is about 25 min. Our baby is still in their care, and will update later. But so far, I am satisfied and feel very good about things.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this vet clinic. I took in a stray kitten my kids had been taking care of and they were able to see her and get her in really quick. They all showed concern and care for this kitten. They were wonderful about paying and the price was not to expensive. I would recommend any pet to come here. Thank again guys for being great at what y'all do.

Completely horrendous. The staff is HORRIBLE especially the vet Dr. Ann Wills and vet tech Taylor. Very rude, my dog actually came out worse than when we went in. I would not recommend this place AT ALL! I would have given it no stars but then I wouldn't be able to leave this useful review.

We did not know about this vet until last night via google.

Thanks.

Customer Service was AMAZING!! I needed to find a place to board my fiances dog for one day while he was attending a training for work. They were able to fit our 8 month old cattle dog in no problem! I called them several times trying to figure out fax numbers and what shots he needed to make sure everything would check out, I spoke with three different ladies and each of them were patient and explained everything in detail.

I used to use this vet all the time, they helped save our dog from Parvo. Last night however, we came in with an EMERGENCY, our dog had been hit by a car and she was bleeding pretty bad and they just sat us in the waiting room.. It wasn't until 15 minutes later and a whimpering pup that we decided we weren't a priority here and we went to the Animal Emergency Hospital 5 miles away and we were seen right away and they cleaned her wounds, gave her pain medication and started to work on her. THEY did an amazing job. This place didn't.
