All 3 of my girls go to Dr. Edwards. We absolutely love him and his staff. From the moment we walk in the door, they greet us by name and make us feel welcome. My girls are never nervous to go to the dentist. Dr. Edwards has a way with kids that is phenominal! His staff takes their time to explain in detail everything they are doing. When Dr. Edward comes in, he does the same. His back office completes all the insurance paperwork ahead of time so that there are no surprises. I would recommend him to any and everyone!
All 3 of my children go to Dr. Edwards and all of us love him and his staff. Everyone is so helpful and kind, always treating us like family. The waiting room is kid friendly and we never have a long wait time. We especially love how the Dr. and staff explain every step to both us parents and the kids. Dr. Edwards is our only choice!
Our Family absolutely loves Dr Edwards and his staff! Every appointment ends up a good experience. The staff is extra courteous and always go out of their way to make my children feel comfortable. Dr Edwards is very professional and very fun, I love how he communicates with the little ones and they love him too, Even though they have figured out his "thumb" trick he is still the coolest Dentist they have ever had. :) Keep up the good work! I highly recommend this office! Dr. Edwards and his staff are excellent. I am immensely appreciative of Rachel. She has coordinated everything for my son's hospital dental procedure. She was willing after closing hours to let me bring in pre-op clearance paperwork and make payments. This office goes above and beyond, and I'll be honest, I really haven't seen this kind of consideration in any other medical office I've been to in the Odessa-Midland area!
