I have read other reviews and they are similar to my experience. The psychologist and nurse practitioner that work for him are excellent. Dr. Medi’s demeanor is pleasant, however he briefly looked over the information the psychologist wrote down. He spent under five minutes with me during my two visits. He started me on a medication which caused vomiting for two weeks. When I met with him at the end of the two weeks concerned about vomiting three to four times a day and couldn’t keep anything down, he said, "I'll see you next week and take care of it then if you are still vomiting". I requested him to call in labs because of a concern of pancreatitis. This was a side effect of my medicine and I had the symptoms. I have a close friend in the medical field that was concerned about this as well. He initially denied my request because he was too busy and then denied it a second time and said if I still had problems with the medicine he would see me next week about it. Also, something else to consider, his nurse practitioner told me he sees between 65 and 70 patients a day.
I have dental anxiety and the thought of having a root canal was terrifying! Before I moved to Midland I had a root canal done at a dental clinic and it was not a good experience. Dr. Jenkins and her staff were incredible! From the moment I walked in their office they took great care to make sure that I felt comfortable and understood exactly what needed to be done. Dr. Jenkins thankfully was able to correct my previous root canal and throughout the procedure she and her amazing staff would ask how I was doing and if I needed anything. After the procedure I had no discomfort at all and left their office feeling great. Dr. Jenkins and her staff made this experience so much easier and I would recommend them to anyone.
