I cannot put into words how Great my experience was when I recently had 2 wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Erickson explained what was going to happen and even called Me that evening to follow up with me and see how I was doing. The Staff was Excellent and very helpful!!
I called to schedule a consultation appointment to see a doctor about having my wisdom teeth removed. The receptionist informed me that a consultation visit would cost $188. I thought the consultation price seemed high, so I mentioned that I had recent X-rays done at another oral surgeon's office in case the price of X-rays was being factored into the pricey consultation fee. At this point the receptionist told me not to worry because that if I were to have the surgery performed with their doctor that the cost of the surgery would be reduced by the amount of the consultation fee. I then asked if the doctor ever waived the fees or if the price of the surgery would be inflated by the $188. At this point the receptionist sharply told me without answering my questions that if I wanted to schedule an appointment to call back and then promptly hung up on me. I thought my questions seemed reasonable. I will not be using PBOS for my surgery. Very poor interaction with the staff.
Aside from all that, the staff here are very nice. Much nicer than any other doctor's office I've ever been too. Dr. Erickson was my doctor and he was very polite and did a great job. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to.
I went to Dr. Fuentes to get my wisdom teeth out. He explained everything that would happen beforehand, did a great job, and went above and beyond for follow up. He was very professional and made the process as painless as possible. I would recommend to anyone!
I came here to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I had to have all four. I had a great experience. There were no complications. I only had to have one cut out. The others were pulled straight out. I don't even remember going under. I was given that medicine they give to relax you and the next thing I know, I'm being woken up. There was very little soreness. I didn't even need the pain medicine by the third day.
Dr. Erickson and his nurse were absolutely amazing. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and I was pretty scared of the surgery. I'm so glad I had Dr. Erickson and his amazing nurse by my side. The entire office made my experience wonderful. Everybody was so nice and positive.
