I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Shame on you, Bob Mills for instilling in your employees the practice of deceiving customers to make a sale. We purchased a very expensive mattress with adjustable mood base. In order to receive the "ninety nights" guarantee we had to purchase a costly mattress cover and pillows, which we did. We've had the bed for almost a month. It's caused neck and back issues for both my husband and myself.
I was leery going in to shop but the sales staff were extremely helpful. I already knew what I wanted and they didnt try to upsell me. They were even able to make sure my item was delivered by Thanksgiving!!
My advice??? Don't buy from Bob Mills!!! Take your business and money to a company that puts customers and ethical business at the forefront! Will NEVER buy from them again!
Great experience. Staff not overly pushy. Bought living room set on a Saturday, and it was all delivered by Wednesday.
I called today to exchange the bed. First, I'm told the mood base is completely non refundable or exchangeable. The mattress is exchangeable but with an expensive catch. There is a 90% credit from the original purchase toward an exchange. That exchange MUST be of equal or greater value to the original purchase. Simple math shows the level of deception and greed this company embraces. Original mattress purchase $7000. 90% credit $6300. Since exchange must be of equal or greater value, exchange $7000. Resulting in $700 out of pocket just to exchange! On top of this, Bob Mills will sell the original mattress at a discounted price. Per Ashley with their resolution center, minimum price of $3500. In total, Bob Mills will make $11200 on a $7000 mattress.

My husband and I purchased our bedroom set and dining table from Bob Mills only to have the delivery guys damage my wall bringing in the table. To top it off 3 pieces from my bedroom set were damaged. They have been swapped out and 2 of the new ones were STILL damaged!! We are seriously considering having them take it all back!
