Had a small disagreement with the return policy however it was resolved. Beautiful hand made furniture for a good price.
My husband and I purchased a large dresser a few months ago. At the time of purchase, the clerk assured us they delivered. We we returned to have it delivered there was a man lounging on one of the sofas asks us of we brought a truck. No. He replies "Well how are you going to get it home then?" We tell them we'd like to utilize their delivery service. He heaves a heavy sigh but gets up. My husband helps him load it into the truck and we pay the $70 fee for delivery(less than two miles from the store). When we get to the house we'd like to have the dresser up stairs. When we inform the man of this he tells us he doesn't do stairs and leaves the dresser in the door way. For $70 and less than a two mile haul it would have been nice to have had better service. While trying to make a sale, the customer service was great. After they had their money it was clear they could have cared less! Needless to say, we won't be purchasing anymore furniture, or any other merchandise, from this establishment.
