Very nice people they help you a lot try to find what you're looking for have very nice furniture and I enjoyed my visit there and I will be going back soon

Purchased a washer and dryer was told if there were any issues within 15 days we could bring them back if we went happy. Had them for almost two weeks and throwing error codes and not working properly. Now they want to charge a restocking fee for the junk that was sold.
Adonica y’all got mad go see her she’s the most amazing field representative I have ever met in many years she accommodated all her needs she worked very hard to get us everything that we needed she was top-notch, Randall one of the other sales representative he was auto top notch I give him a five stars well they were on top of their game we went and we came out the next day they delivered our products we are very happy with this company and look forward to doing more business with them thank you guys for everything that y’all done, Oh yeah not to mention when they delivered it they went over top helping me explaining doing everything they could to help me they did everything properly their customer service was 100% affective
Sales Lady was VERY pleasant. However, unlike Best Buy and other good stores, Conns enforces a horrendous restocking fee if you change your mind one hour after you leave the store! Let's say you buy something for roughly $1200 & NEVER EVEN OPEN IT; package is still sealed with manufactures' tape proving such. Expect for them to keep approx $200 of it to simply put it back in the warehouse even if you don't open it! I would advise everyone to stay away from a place like this as Best Buy, unless you continually abuse the policy, does not charge restocking fees. Conns does the very 1st time you make a purchase!!!!!
