On hold for 17 minutes. Drove to restaurant and had to place order in parking lot. Put on hold as soon as they answered.
I ordered pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks online. The online tracker told me my food was ready. I waited 5 or so minutes before I left to pick it up, just in case. Also there was a wreck on my way to dominos so I was slowed down. When I arrived to the store I was told my food wasn't ready and it would be an additional 10 minutes. Did they just not make my food? I paid online as well so what excuse could they have? I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for my food and they are not busy.
Got her faster then estimated time. Food was good and hot...wish they made the bread bowels for the pasta...and added more of the toppings in the chicken carbonara.Still was good food.
They offer great service. Always hot and fast delivery.
Manager is screaming at the top of his lungs at employees with customers all the the lobby waiting. Very unprofessional. Employees ordering their own food and ignoring customers
