Always have my pizza ready on time and hot. My favorite pizza place.
It's been awhile since I've ordered from here because the last couple of times my order has been wrong and/or my pizza cold. Ordered last week. It took hour for pizza to arrive, which was cold. Mentioned it to driver who said nothing. Called to get money back, said they couldn't do that but could send another as soon as they can and if I could send other one back. I agreed. Another hour passes, so I drive up to store. They're short on drivers and reminded me I was told it would go out as soon as possible. Told them I didn't think it would be another hour and I no longer wanted pizza, just my money back. I got money back but he insisted I take the new pizza. It was room temperature.
The pizza is really good. They seem to always make them look beautiful. I love there poppers (with pizza sauce).
We did a carry out order. The man that took our order was really rude to us like it wasn't his job to make our pizza. Then we had an emergency so we had to leave so we paid to have it delivered. 30 minutes later we called and asked where our pizza was and the guy said it would be 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. That's BS!
I walked in, looked at the menu board, went to the register where I waited a little over 5 minutes. Both staff looked at me, refused to acknowledge my presence and ignored me. I left. I'll never go back.
