The worst. I flew down here from Denver to move my husband, and we had a reservation for a truck(more than a week ago) and come to find out they OVER BOOKED by 8 people!!
They do not hold to their promises, they do not have the trucks they promise
Can I give a half a star. Went online a week before and scheduled a 24' truck. Arrived at location to find they had a lot of trucks none of them worked. No phone call either to tell me they could not supply me a truck. I asked about Midland, they said they didn't have one either. They offered me a 15'. I declined and left and went to Uhaul. They then had the nerve to charge my card for not picking up a truck!!! I notified Budget Corp office and they would not refund my money. Thieves!!! Save yourself some time, don't bother.
