The first time we took our dogs it looked like the barbers in training in boot camp went at em. Fine. It’ll grow out. Then we tried again. We told em we wanted to clean up the face and to trim the body, we didn’t want a summer cut. They bathed her and ONLY trimmed her face. When we complained they said they would happily resolve the issue...at regular price.
I took my puppy here to be bathed and to have his nails clipped. They said that they would call me when he was ready. A couple of hours later the woman called and wanted to know when I would pick him up. I was nearby, so I said I could pick him up right then. When I showed up, they brought him out to me and he was crying and I just figured he was scared of the other dogs. My son pulled my arm and said he was bleeding. When I looked down his front paw was bleeding. I told the woman and she said, "Oh" then got some powder and sprinkled it on his paw. She then went back to ringing me up. She didn't apologize, or smile or even act like she wanted my dog there. Needless to say, I never went back.
The worst grooming I have ever received. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone. My dog was groomed but then the ears, paws and rear were not done well at all. I had to come home and finish the grooming myself.
