Delicious food, quick drive through. Curbside service is kind of slow and low on spots.
The food was amazing as were SOME of the employees its just one female employee in the drive thru was so rude to my husband and me, i understand people have bad days but the way in which she acted made it clear she just doesnt like to be corrected, or treated with the politeness we gave her dispite her snarky , rebuttal. I have a feeling they knew she was being rude, which is why they didn't answer their phone when i called, that's fine as long as she knows what she did i dont want to say her name because she still deserves her job even if she is snarky
They make errors on drive out orders nearly half the time. Quality of food had declined in the last year. Hopefully the chickn4u alternative coming up near 191 will save having to go to this average joint. Just a shame as chickfilas in other locations are outstanding.
Parking is a hassle, but the new system they have for ordering your food is convenient and fast. They take your order car by car and you pay them on the spot then wait in line for your food. The location does suck but the food and freshly squeezed lemonade is worth it.
Good food as always... but they are always in a hurry to get you in and out that some How I'm always missing something from my order.. annoying
