Reall bad service by waiter on shift.. Manager super friendly and got use taken careoff. Good food. And in time
Never got my complete order and got my syrup once my pancakes were cold., very bad service on 42nd at 1030 pm. Horrible!!!
Pancake was burned and hidden on the bottom,ordered coffee and had coffee grounds in my cup,waitress didn't come back to check on me at all
Hair in the food general manager was rude. The quality of the wait staff was obscene swearing and yelling, pulling one another's hair, obviously on some sort of upper like crack or meth. A meal for 2 even after hair was found in the hash browns still cost 33 bucks even after not finishing the food. This is a disgusting establishment and will be reporting to the health department as such.
Pancakes were burned on bottom, sauage was under cooked, eggs were under cooked, the ham didnt taste like ham. The coffee tasted old and burnt. Waitress took forever with our drinks. Never came back to check if refill was needed. When did come back brought the check. Told the lady when paying and she said "Ya thats how it is here. Always has been and always will be. Morning is the best time to go but still aint much better." DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE
