Like the grilled chicken and the crispy original. And everything on their menu.
They are always out of items, inccluding yesterday all they had was wings. Today i go no biscuits , no chicken legs and then after i get back to work with my food there is only 2 pieces of chicken I ordered the 3 piece meal . Will have to drive the extra distance from now on to go to the competitors at least they always have chicken and get the orders correct
This location has poor customer service skills, I sat in the drive thru for 10mins before my order was taken then I get home to sit down and eat $17 I paid for some tenders & wedges & the only thing that was in my bag were the wedges & a dry biscuit!!! NO TENDERS!!!! I called the restaurant 4 times no answer, so I had to drive back to the location to get my food I didn't want to give a star but I had to just to leave a review
A few weeks ago I came here, It took 1hour and 45 minutes for me to get my food. They first said they need to cool the wings, then they have away the pot pie I order. So I have to wait for that and I went back to the counter and they said they forgot about my order and had to re cook everything.
Now today I come back to give this place another chance, I told them I will not pay until I get my order. Then the cashier walked off and I now dislike the service here. I'm not happy with this place... this the last time I will come here, gave 'this place a chance to redeem themselves. Not satisfied with the total services they provide, very unprofessional too.
Waited way to long they forgot about me , wedges were cold n dry ,potato was editable at best , chicken skin was tasty meat itself was Alright.
