This is the 3rd time I order a side Caesar salad and get no dressing. Will y'all ever get it right!
I had called in my order 25 minutes before , I wonder up in a long line waiting for my food!
Place is always good, clean and friendly service. Never have had a bad experience here at mcalisters. They never let is down lol
Enjoyed the atmosphere which was calm and clean, we were greeted by a very happy and helpful cashier named "Salty Ryan". He was very professional and gave us several suggestions regarding our choices on food. Thank you we really appreciate that, having a rough day at work..
The people that work there are great, kind and helpful. However the drive though at lunch, I will never use it again. I waited for over 30 mins after calling in 15 min prior to that with two children in the car and also missed getting my husband his lunch on his lunch hour. And I even called in to see if I could come in to get it because the line was so long, wasn't ready. Next time I'd appreciate them telling me when I order, it's going to be 45- to an hour wait
