I must say, i miss, a former employee, an older gentleman,that keep the dining area immaculate. Its still clean,though.

Worst service and poor hygene
Terrible customer service. All our orders were wrong and stood in line for 10 mins before anyone helped us with our order. The high chairs were filthy and all trash cans were filled to the rim. Didn't even go to the bathroom in there so I can't tell you what that's like...
There is always a good value promotion ,one can eat well for $5.
The food is always good. The wait is always long, the wait time is always way off. Today the wait time was said to be 5 minutes, turned out to be 25 minutes. Order is almost always wrong, today it was correct. Employee had sarcasm. The window is there for a reason, I shouldn't have to get out of my truck and go in to collect my order.
I visit Popeyes,weekly. I have a very good dining experience. The food is delicious,hot and looks appetizing.
