Every time we go there, they get the order wrong.
This particular Sonic is well above average very very good burgers always fresh great attitude from the staff we go there a lot
I'm very confused as to how someone could instantly be so rude and disrespectful to me and my coworkers when all i did was press the red button to order. For sonics sake, I hope that lady's day gets better.
After this experience I'm never coming to this sonic again.
The lady taking my order was incredibly rude and would barley talk through the mic. But she definitely was able to raise her voice at the end.
Does take some time to come out but food is not too bad.
The best one is on 52nd. They are super nice, and quick too.
I asked her to repeat the order and she said "well it's on the screen right in front of you" in a sarcastic tone. I told her the screen didn't work and she completely refused to tell me my order, she just said "it'll be out in a minute" and ended the order without getting my drink or my second order. She kept saying "I'm waiting on you".
Came In for two separate order the Lady inside taking order used Ebonics so we couldn't understand her one bit. She said would you like a drake? And didn't not use full sentence. We said number 2 please and she replied "drake"? But the car hope was most helpful and got everything fixed correctly thanks Heather! This girl need a raise for taking initiative And listening!
