I tried the 1/2 lb. smoked brisket sandwich today. The cost was $10.00. I will always be straight forward when offering my opinion and/or review of anything. There were 3 people in front of me awaiting plates. The ticket time was 12 minutes for the sandwich. It was hot when delivered.

The bad: No seasoning (flavor), no smoke ring at all. The bark was present but had overwhelming charred flavor.
The bbq they have is good, it would be nice though if they would put more than a half ass effort into better quality bread though with paying a higher price on the sandwhich. The bun on the sandwich looks like it was bought at HEB.
I've heard great things about the BBQ and decided to try it while back home visiting. The chopped beef was tender, flavorful, really good. Five stars for the food, however, I've never encountered such a rude employee. CJ was definitely unwelcoming, and just flat out deliberately rude! Have a secret shopper go in and make sure she's had her nap before she has to go in to work!
GREAT BBQ, GOOD PRICE, I WOULD'VE GIVEN FIVE STARS BUT THEY RAN OUT OF BRISKET, I SHOULD'VE GOT THERE EARLIER IT WAS ALMOST CLOSING TIME. THE LADIES WERE VERY NICE TOO!
Great bbq at a great price. Had the pork and lean brisket with beans and potato salad. It was awesome tasting, great smoking flavor and still juicy. All the bbq sauces were awesome and flavorful without overpowering the smokey meat flavor. The service was great and friendly. Will definitely come back again when I'm in town for work
The good: the brisket was tender and hot. Had good marbeling and wasn't dry. I liked the choice of three sauces.
