The service was awesome they carried out my food the fries and wings were fresh
The wings were small and also hard, my bbq ones barley had any sauce, & my fries were mainly small, I usually go to the one on 42nd and now I see why!
Over priced chicken nuggets,
I called and the lady said I had to bring it in. I told her I am at work. My boss isn't going to let me leave. Please help me out. I don't get into town that much. I dunno when i will make it back. Same thing they wouldnt give me my money back. $30 in wings and fries gone.
Placed an order at 6:07 pm and got there at 6:30 was told order wasn't ready and was given drinks. Come to 6:58 pm asked about my order since it was about an hour and was given my food and was told it had been ready since 6:25. REALLY!!!! I paid $39 and some change to tell me my order has been sitting there for almost 30 min. My name wasn't even on the bag! GET IT TOGETHER WINGSTOP!
Picked up an order. The container had a break through all the sauce soaked into the bag. Took the bag out of the car 2 steps later bag is broken. The food all over the ground.
