This place is a joke they will tell you that they are get new parts but they put used parts and change you for new parts so how ever use them get ready and he is not Certified mechanic like they say they your he's nothing but a shade tree mechanic the son-in-law is running it and daughter doesn't know anything about any thing about it

Terrible. Brought my vehicle in on Monday to habe the old cooler seals replaced. Said it would be done by Friday. Called Friday and he hadn't even touched but but said it would be done by mid week. Contacted him Tuesday and he said he wasnt able to get to it but had taken some things apart. He said he would out it together and I could pick it uo that evening. Came the next morning to pick it up and car was hard to start. Drove to drop the rental car off and could hear a turbo boost leak. Got home and looked under the hood and found loose bolts as well. So after having a rental car for 10 days I'm out of money for a rental car and gained a boost leak on top of what was already wrong. Now I'm back to square 1, minus $400 spent on a rental car and a new problem. The owner has fallen I'll from what I've been told, so the son in law has taken over and he is the one that created this mess. Maybe if he hires some help he can get some work done instead of putting bigger jobs like mine on the back burner to do quick jobs.
It's funny that Thomas Carney my ex-employee that I fired for throwing car parts in the trash and was going to ship the vehicle that way wants to trash our business just food for thought...... We do use new parts amd OE parts at that but never put a used parts on a vehicle due to the fact that you can't guarantee any of your work....
Jim ALWAYS knows what's going on with my older Mercedes and has it fixed up and road ready in a reasonable amount of time. I take all my family's cars to be repaired here and can trust the work that he does. Never overcharges me and is honest!
