I've always known all locations of Discount Tire to have exceptional customer service. Customer service is lacking every time I come to this location, unfortunately. Today I went in around 11:15am and the person at the desk didn't even greet me or smile at me. He made me feel like I was a big inconvenience to him, and that I was interrupting his sitting there and doing nothing. I was told that it would be about an hour and a half until my car was ready, and that I would be given a call when I could pick it up. 4 hours passed and I had not received a call, so I called them. The gentleman who answered the phone told me my car has been ready, and he saw the instructions on the paperwork that I was supposed to be called. He was very kind and apologetic that I had not received a call. I would have given less stars if it weren't for him. I don't like feeling unwelcome/unwanted when I walk into a business where I spend my money.
Everyone is always friendly. They get backed up sometimes and you could be waiting a while. But they try hard to control that.
Quick, friendly, and very professional. Had a slow leak in a tire that I had purchased back when I lived in California from America's Tire Co (which is what they're called out there).
Definitely recommend this location.
