Went in for an alignment and they said it takes them about half a day when and alignment takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, they didnt have no other cars waiting and a very rude man answered my questions with attitude. They don't want customers!
This place is terrible. Brought in car for an oil change. They said 3 hour wait. There’s wasn’t many cars there so I figured it wouldn’t be that long. Came back 4 hours later after calling multiple times and not getting an answer to get a status. Still had to wait for over an hour. Again, this was for an oil change. Over 5 hours for an oil change. I would never recommend this place and will never be back myself.
I went to Firestone because they were the only place open. I'm glad I did. Aj helped me over the course of TWO days! He was polite and friendly and did everything he could to make my life easier. I highly recommend this place. Just come by Firestone and aj will make everything better.
Went to get a flat repair and they said they wont have it done by today and ive worked in a firestone before and they didn’t have any cars ahead and the sales was rude
