Came here to wash my car after making payment the gate couldn't lift for 5min or more. Then I called the wait girl to enquire why the gate would not let me pass after my payment went through, she couldn't explain or at least give a courtesy apologies for the delay. The gate finally opened and I was on my way. Done washing, while trying to vacuum their manager came to talk to me how the trained their staffs instead of apologizing for the delay and fixing their failing machines.He came and started talking in a rude,unprofessional and totally insensible as if I paid my money to listen to his crab. I've never in my life seen a manager talk to his customers in such a disrespecting and disgusting way. Apart from my crazy encounter I got home and notice the front windshied of my car was scratched by their equipment. Am going to take action.This place completely sucks!!
Hands down the best car wash in West Texas! Employees are polite, managers are hands on, and my family’s vehicle came out looking great. Apex car wash is and will always be my go to.

Apex is the best car wash In the basin, I love how there always clean and organized!!. I love how there employees are always friendly and smiling.
