Worst car wash ever. Paid for what they call their BEST... both the inside and out looked terrible. My windows were not cleaned through the inside nor was it vaccumed under the seats. There were water spots all over my car. It was just terrible. If I could post pictures and rate it a negative star I would. Just terrible. Very disappointed. By far the worst car wash I have ever had.

If i could rate no stars, i would. I dont know how this place has stayed open as long as it has. The laborers (nothing more nothing less) do not care , at all, about the job they are doing. I am paying you money for a service, i expect the service done. The guy, with attitude, said "hey man...your done" and then walked away and stupidly, on the honor system, i gave him a tip. My windows were dirty, my dash was streaked, my rims still had gunk all over them, the carpets and seats were still dirty and the cars outside had lots of dried water trails and dirt on the trim. If only one or two of those then it might be different but what i got today in my book is a dirty car for 25 bucks. Full service is what their sign says...i might have gotten that if i were driving a sports car which they seem to really focus on but my suv is still a mess. Bad form kersh...bad form.

On May 13, 2017, I purchased their "Better" $30.95 wash without having checked reviews (such as that of Mari's). Never again! When their spinner broke my mirror cover and shattered my mirror, I spoke to the manager about getting estimates done. I was referred to the "Big Boss" (Angela), who said, "S**t happens, Dude," and suggested I take legal action rather than resolve it directly. I believe her exact wording was "Bring it on!" Is there a minus 10 rating for worst possible customer relations? Have nothing to do with them unless you don't mind their "s**t" happening to you.
If I could give a negative star I would. On July 23, 2016, the thing that spins hit and cracked my side mirror (I was in the car and saw it happen). First that manager said I was lying because to her it looked like it was done by something else. Then the manager took my number down and said she would call me to repair it. YEAH RIGHT, I never heard from her nor the owner! Save money by avoiding this place.
