Overpriced and customer service could improve as well as the manager. I asked the manager that attempted to help me pay for my wash if "hand wash" meant they were going to dry it for me, she replied back "not for a $17 dollar car wash it ain't!" I paid for the most economical car wash like I would at any other car wash and applied the extra 5 dollars for the hand wash.(if she would of paid attention she would have seen it on the screen that I applied it to my wash) after letting her know I paid for it she said OH! The comments were irrelevant to what I asked her which was what a hand wash was! smh....first and last time I go there! I'll stick to Apex.
Very easy and takes no time accept debit card credit card and cash
Went and was second in the line and right as I was going in, the wash broke. I would have just left, but they repeatedly told me it would only take a few minutes and I stayed. Forty minutes later I finally left. Very disappointed. And I never got a refund.
Washed good with 20 dallors but makes streaks on windows when they dry them
Paid $20 for the best wash tire shine etc.. looked better dirty nothing came off the front windows didn't get clean employees were assholes.. never returning here again.. I'll stick to Octopus car wash
