I have been to soft suds numerous times before in Midland. The first time I have been to Odessa the line was long, no problem, but when I go to the window to pay I paid for the most expensive wash. The girl told me to make sure that when I got through to pull over and get a dry and tire shine. After I pulled over there was no one to dry or perform services for which I paid for. I hand dryed and shined my own tires. When I was leaving there was a lady that just pulled up and she asked me where the person was to hand dry her vehicle; I told her there was no one, there was a girl that came and watched ME dry my vehicle and didn't even bother to help. She just sat on a stool and watched! When I looked up she was gone. After I finished, I called and asked to speak to manager and explained my situation and all he said to me was that they were shorthanded. THIS WAS NOT MY ISSUE, my issue was, the manager knew they were shorthanded when I paid for services and didn't tell me, therefore, I expected to get what I paid for. He just said he was sorry and didn't know what to tell me.
I have to go to this car wash to get my company truck washed but I would not take my personal truck to this car wash. There is always something broken and it doesn't wash it as good to my standards.
Everything seems to work alright. Usually not too busy. I have gotten in and out pretty quick. The employees working there do tend to play around too much. Left one day as they were not paying attention to my car. To busy playing and talking.
Super friendly and hard working staff. It’s definitely the best Drive Thru wash car I’ve used in Odessa. Four stars because there were a few spots that didn’t get washed off. Otherwise really great!
Awesome place. The service was great. The guys looked like they were working hard and making sure I got what I paid for. The manager Ozzy even came out to the help his employees with other cars and asked if everything was good with my wash. Friendly staff highly recommend.
