Dr. Wiehle takes his time with you reviewing your chart, easy to understand, and explains what he is going to do. His staff are always courteous and work with me on scheduling days that work best for me and the Doctor. We are very fortunate to have a great specialist in Odessa.
The front office staff is extremely put out dealing with patients. Additionally they tell you they set an "appointment". This is not true. They line patients up like cattle outside their office. They open late and again did I mention, impolite?
