Great MD office! The staff is always friendly and professional. The Physician and Nurse Practioners are very attentive and they go over everything. They also offer a great variety of test that you can have done in office as opposed to having to go to several locations. The only real complaint is the wait time, but when you're being seen and they're doing the assessment and asking all the questions you can see how it would be easy for them to get behind.

The doctors themselves are fine. As for the ladies that work the phones and front desk, they are without a doubt rude, lazy and not in anyway there to help the patient. I called to get an appointment and let them know of a name change and insurance change. The lady told me she could not do anything until I came in and had my insurance card. This lady's name was Grace. I asked to speak to someone else and I was hung up on. The patient is not important to anyone here except maybe the doctor and that is all. The level of patient service was without a doubt the worst I have ever been witness to in my life.
Love this place! The Physician is Awesome...Love that the front desk speak both Spanish and English!
