When the urine tests came back, they wanted to wait until Monday when she was "hydrated". They wouldn't even treat for the pain.
Me and my husband go here. I see Erika and she is wonderful. My husband has seen Dr. Wan and Erika P.A. , has good bedside manners.
My husband has been seen here since 2011. Awesome Dr!!! Dr Wan takes time out for you no matter how busy her schedule is! We love this doctor! We recommend her! 100%

They wanted to run blood and urine tests but the nurse said she wasn't hydrated, and wouldn't take any blood. They didn't attempt to check her any where else except for the fore arm.
These people are at least consistent. They will get it wrong every time. They will hang up on you for no reason, mess up records , give bad information to the point that it could be a health issue. Do not put your health in their hands
This place is a joke. Called and made an appointment thinking I wouldn't have to wait. After waiting 2 Hours in the waiting room. They finally call me back. Then I wait another 45 mins in a room before even seeing the dr. I realize they have other patients. But seriously I had an appointment. There where people walking in for physicals with no appointment who where called right back. Wth is the point. Come on...get the duck person dealt with first!
My wife went here to see about some lower left side abdominal pain, and to have her Gall Bladder checked out. She saw the PA a total of one time for being there 3 hours.
The nurses were also busy talking about the dirty laundry they experienced while working for other offices.
We really recommend this clinic.
