Sat in unbelievable pain for more than an hour with only one person ahead of me, while the reseptionist held a training. Less than polite, unprofessional, slow.
Gave mom son some antibiotics that made him really sick to his stomach but would not just call and change the prescription to a diffrent kind told me he would have to be seen all over again.
Terrible customer service, people are rude, inconsiderate and ignorant. I will never use Medical Center for any purpose again.
I visited the clinic for help with Bronchitis and Respiratory Infection. The Dr that saw me was named Dr. Felito Gotardo. He listened to my chest and agreed that I had severe bronchitis. He wrote me a prescription for "Coricidin". This is a medication available OTC without presciption. I tried the medication which was no more effective than the other medication I tried that was OTC. I called the clinic to explain that the medication prescribed was not helping. She said that I should keep taking the over the counter medication because the Dr was not willing to help me any further.
So if you need help from a Dr you might want to skip this place and seek out a true professional. If you waste your time and money at this, afterwards you will most likely have to seek out a real clinic with a real doctor for any real help! Hope this helps someone from making the same mistake I did!! Good Luck...
