I called to inquire about an appointment for my first pregnancy. The secretary I had a pleasure of discussing this with could only say, "We don't do pregnant women...." Customer service is my everything and I feel like the doctors here would have been more helpful and courteous than this lady.

I was taken in by a friend, because I was in tremendous pain. I told them "I have a kidney stone, and I need a shot for the pain." This was not my first one, so I knew exactly what was going on. After what seemed like hours (I was in a lot of pain) the PA came into the room where I had been writhing, and said, "It looks like you have a kidney stone, and we're going to give you a shot for the pain." The charge for this brilliant diagnosis was over $400. In Central America, where I live now, this would have been a 15 minute, $15 office visit.
