Called to try and get more info & make an appt. Woman who answered had terrible phone etiquette. Answered as if it was her personal line, did not state the name of business until I asked where I was calling. Sounded muffled so when I asked her to speak up she hung up. If they answer their phones this horribly I can't even imagine how they treat customers. & their pets in store!
