Terrible they say they open at 12:15 then it's 12:30 and me and many other people are outside waiting and no one has told us anything and I see no life guards except one who walked by us with a plate full of cake and didn't say one word to us then I tried calling the front desk and even then no body answered this is ridiculous I strongly recommended Floyd Gwin over this place any day friends staff and they get u in right away. But this is ridiculous pool looks clean everything's running but no life guards or people in sight. Life guards are all children them selves don't care at all to pay attention to kids and many staff have walked by us now and said not one word I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE......still waiting and now the front desk lady is here but she just acts like she doesn't see any of us then turns her back to us to put sunblock on her kid like wow can they get any more disrespectful. The life guards force us to watch them in the pool for 15 minutes while the little life guards try to show off there boobs and butt laying across the Lilly pads which they don't allow the kids to do and they hang on the nets like strippers and look back at the guys for attention this pool is ridiculous if the kids start to have even the slightest bit of fun they blow the whistle and tell them to calm down strongly recommend new staff or no one should come to this pool.
Extremely dangerous, especially for kids under 10. Kids jumping in at 3 ft and less, lifeguards having no sense in direction. People 15+ acting the most reckless. Felt like the episode 'White Trash' from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and if you don't know that episode,watch it. You and your family will feel uncomfortable in this environment.
Ok, so they don't have the rules on the web pages. If you have never been there how are you supposed to know what to wear for the pools. So I took my baby anyways and next day she had a pink Infection eye (your waters are all infested).
Good enough I suppose. To these other people watch your own kids.

It's was sooo gross we went their last weekend and it use to be so clean and now if you see underwater water you can't even see the person that's right next to you even with goggles on
