Why is it that these conductors schedule their car swaps from 7:45am - 8:10am EVERY DAY??!! These guys block the crossing over off Highway 80/Industrial by the airport for close to a half hour right at the time people are trying to get to work. I know they also have a job to do but can the do it earlier or half an hour later?? It is inconsiderate and dangerous. traffic on 80 is zooming by while we sit on the shoulder of the road. There will be a deadly accident one day soon and it will be on Union Pacific's hands!
