It has been a nightmare dealing with this company and especially their employees, in the Odessa location on Andrews Hwy, not only is their customer service horrible but so is their operational service. I’ve been dealing with this “Company” for the past 3 weeks in trying to order a simple set of rims, seems to take that that long to do so, I’ve been given the run around and finally when I got them “ordered” I was even more disappointed to find out that they “ordered” the wrong ones and I was issued the wrong rims. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone in the Odessa location but every time I call seems that Twana the “Manager” is out sick, on vacation, switched days with someone, or just not working, I spoke to an employee named Maria who was rude and hung up on me while trying to get my issue resolved over the phone. I then attempted to contact the District Manager, Shane, but of no surprise he didn’t answer, I left a voicemail, but still haven’t heard anything back. NEVER doing business with this company again!
