What kind of idiot throws a dirty spare tire into someone's car? Broke the zipper on my gym bag and probably won't be able to wash the stains from the tire out of the bag. Maybe put it in plastic or ask where it's actually supposed to go (under the vehicle) instead of destroying people's belongings.
Waited over 3 hrs before they told me that my truck should of been done along time ago. Then they spent another good 10 mins looking for my keys before they realised it was in her pocket! Horrible horrible service !
Worst experience at ever had I will not go to Walmart service center ever again
This place has the worst service ever...it took them 3 hours to change a tire... After they changed my tire the front bumper is hitting the floor... Im so upset... Never coming back here
They have 4 bays. I'm assuming 2 for oil service and 2 for tire service. However, 2 cars are in 1 bay and no other cars are being worked on. There are 3 workers per car in bay, as I type! As my car is still sitting in the parking spot it was in when I arrived two and a half hours ago. I'm here to replace 3 tires and for the past hour no cars have been getting work done on tires. Very poor service here. Not sure if they are under staffed or what, but it should not be taking this long.
