My name is Michelle. It took me a very long time to see a doctor for my anxiety. Not only did she fix me.. she didn't judge me.. Dr. Wan has helped me with getting me cheaper meds and getting me well. God Bless her. I will not go anywhere else.
I have had repeat issues with the billing department at this facility, every time I have gone to see them, for myself, for my children, for whomever, they have tried to come back and say 'insurance didn't cover this portion'. Apparent exhortion on their part. If you have a chance, go somewhere else, don't risk spending 2 or 3 times what you should for a simple visit. Good luck.

I am a patient at this location and have been having problems with Pain In my side and was seeing PA Pete,which thinks its my gallbladder He sent me to have a sonogram done at Midland Diagnostic which of course was about a week later , I did go for the sonogram and then of course since that came back clear he sent me to a specialist Surgeon,,, To see if he wanted to do a cck hydascan and of course it took a week to get in there. Now he ordered a cck hydascan and of course lets add one more week before that is to be done, I am in alot of pain and called the office to ask if they could refill my pain meds, even just enough to get me thru the weekend but the PA (Pete ) that I saw was not there , the PA that was Karissa Richter Refused to assist me would not call the PA that I saw to get approval , would not even get on the phone to talk to me, She is not even a doctor and I think that she believes since she is an assistant to a doctor then I am not worthy of her time. I would not recommend her to anyone and do intend to follow thru with a formal complaint
