This has nothing to do with the doctor because i haven't seen him, but I have encountered with the front desk staff and They were being rude to an elderly lady. And the wait time is ridiculous
We have been taking our baby boy to Dr Cepero and we love him. He has been great with him.
Well my daughter's appointment was at 9am this morning. It's not 10:16am. When I signed her in I asked how long the wait is. I was told 30-45 minutes. Now that I've watched four other people go in that has came in after us. I decide to go ask the receptionist how much long she takes a severe attitude and tells me I told you it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours of a wait. I go sit back done and instead of calling us to the window. The receptionist decides to yell across the room to me. That it will be another 30 minutes. The doctor himself is amazing. But his front desk staff isn't at all up to the standards of the doctor. Very bad way to treat someone. They say it all depends on the procedure that you need done. She's her for a follow up after her surgery this is the third time trying. The other two times we waited two hours then when asked how much longer I was told another hour. When you come to this doctor make sure you prepared for a three hour wait each time.
He is a great Doctor. My surgery was a success thanks to him.
This doctor is amazing he has seen both of my children and provided wonderful care to both of them.
