Worst doctor ever!!!!. Do not take your children with him. He is danger and a bad doctor. You take your kid and he says nothing is wrong with him, afterwards he ends up very sick becuase he didn't take the time to check, he doesn't prescribe anything or worst, doesn't prescribed the righ medicine. My sister ended up in the Lubbock emergency with my niece because of him!
Doctor is very friendly and does a great job. Wait time was not long, maybe 15-20 minutes long. Staff is great too!
Dr. Ramos is a fantastic physician. He is very thorough and dedicates time to his patients. For established patients and those who arrive on time, I do not believe the wait to be very long. He and my daughters neurologist worked well together in ensuring that my daughters treatment was given with the utmost care and respect. Dr. Ramos has a knack for remembering his patients and the details of their treatment. I would recommend him to those parents who would rather have a physician who is frank and to the point, rather than one who sugar coats everything. His staff is supportive and have always been nice to me and my kids.
Staff wasn't the nicest but they were ok. The waiting time was horrible 1hr, dr seemed nice for a check up. Lets see how he does later...
My kids are ages 6, 3, & 1, and have all been seen by Dr Ramos since they were born. He supports breastfeeding, but sometimes says to quit at a year (which honestly is just a suggestion). He remembers people very well, is nice, and thorough in his explanations of what he is going to do and why. Example: he'll explain which immunizations he's giving and what they are for. The wait is long (about 45min), but I understand that he has many patients that need to be seen and he is just one man. The nurses and staff are nice the majority of the times I've gone, but sometimes the staff have their days that they seem to be rude. Again I understand, we are all human and have our days. They speak Spanish, which is a plus for many people. I will continue to go to Dr Ramos for my children's medical needs, because, in my opinion, he is a great pediatrician.
