Very polite front desk attendants, nurses and doctors.
I didn't think a NEW facility would be this hard to reach. No one answers. This being a review for the VA, guarantee it won't be seen.
Well after a 16 hr shift I can't even call to see when they are open.
Also known as, Permian Basin Outpatient Clinic. Friendly, caring staff. They try hard to get you in and done as quickly as possible.
Service was better at Tangelwood, i had a Dr. that actually took the time to sit down with me and discuss my prognosis, after he left, and they moved to 191, on my personal behalf, its been HELL, from the front clerks to the Damn Drs. there assitants and whatnot, i hate going there, they act like they doing us a favor, building is beautiful but the folks running that machine need more training on people skills, how to be considerate not rude, snobby, theres been times where i thought i was going to yank them folks out there seats for talking to me like they have, SAY IT AGAIN, SAY IT AGAIN!!1
I understand that this whole concept of the VA has a poor view based off negative feedback and experiences. You would think a receptionist understand that. I did have a call answered for the help but was greeted by someone who sounded like they picked up the phone just to stop the ringing. No need to be rude for trying to get answers!
