To add one final kick in the pants as of today, November 13 they have not returned our money. I will not bother you with all the phone calls, visits to the store and broken promises, but I will NEVER go to that horrid store again. And so we are clear this store is the one located in Music City Mall on 42nd st in Odessa, Texas. If any upper level managers do not believe this review just ask the store manager about the annoying refund people and they will tell you exactly who I am. M************!
2. One pair was not polished.
4. 1 of 2 arrived they still kept telling me nothing is in.
3. One pair did not have transitions lenses.
It gets worse. A refund was at first denied because the 30 days from the time we paid had expired. I had to argue that the 30 days should be extended because they screwed up the glasses twice. They grudgingly agreed. However, they were unable to give us the refund because we paid cash and they had insufficient funds to repay us. That's right boys and girls a multi-million dollar business could not come up with 740 bucks!
After constantly arguing with the guy that they're in that I've seen them first hand he still argues with me that they're not it was until a tech comes from the back and tells him we have 1 of his. Oh okay he said no apologies just trying to get me to leave.
Nightmare! I took my mother for the BOGO offer in early October. A pair of mid-quality glasses cost $739.00, the second was free. The glasses were done wrong so they were delayed by 5 days. When they were finally ready my mother took them home to test them. Here are the problems:
She called within the two week mark, and fit my daughter again for comfort.
The young girl was very helpful and patient in helping my 7 year old daughter select two pair of glasses. She measured her quickly, and accurately. Offered the special that they were having at the time.
3. Everyday I called they'll be in tomorrow.
1. Promised me they had my prescription in Stock after paying they said sorry it was mistake we have to order them.
1. Both prescriptions were wrong.
5. The lenses were not clean.

A few months later we returned broken and bent glasses. I was sure that she would have to have them replaces they were smashed so badly. To my surprise, she put them back in their original shape!!! She was amazing!
