We checked in last night about 7pm. The clerk said the breakfast was from 7am to 10am. It was 9:33 when the kids and I went to have breakfast an de the clerk says it is closed. That they close at 9am today. I told her the female told us it was 7-10am. She said “no ma’am, today it closes at 9am and there is a sign right there that says so.” Mind you there is another family of 4 that said they were told the same thing. I ask to speak to the manager and she says he’s not here but you can send him an email. I told her I wanted to speak to them and person and asked what time they would arrive and she said they didn’t have a set schedule. I asked if there was anyway to get in touch with the manager to set up a time to speak with them and she said no and dismissed me. Now I have to go make the expense to feed a family of 4. It defeats the purpose of getting a room with free breakfast. And for the record, the breakfast area was dark when we checked it. There was no way I could have seen the sign with the hours or even know there was one. You would think youths staff would give you right information since they work there. Now I see why they have 2.5 star rating on Priceline. DISAPPOINTED
Worse service ever for front desk Martina was her name a believe she said she wasn't manager then found out she was on the day of check in she started calling our phones at 9:30 that morning threatening to cancel our rooms cause the cards were not going through we had 11 rooms was there for a car show had to leave what we were doing to go handle that I had 3 guys check in the night before and she did same thing but this time she did cancel rooms and charge me guys full price after we had got rooms for 75.00 on internet then I had another one of our friends check in at 3:45 on Saturday and checked them in a dirty room then gave them another room while her husband was asleep in his underwear she was coming out of shower in a town and another family is walking in the room that Martina checked them into never an apology for nothing just rude and told her they had to move rooms for the 3 rd time then we find out from other hotel workers that she not to start calling into 3pm to check on reservation and not actually is to cancel into 6pm if card doesn't work all my guys knew when they checked in they had to use there own valid credit card but she went on her own and canceled rooms way before 6 on Friday and was trying to cancel rooms on Saturday by 10am will never stay at this hotel again just cause of the employee being rude and very disrespectful iv worked in hotels for 10 years+ and I know the rules of checking in and out !!!!!
We made a reservation for this place 2-3 weeks in advance. For the family of 4 it came out to be $94(including taxes and everything) which is a very good price for this place. Room was great - very good TV with channel selections, wifi was strong, bathroom was clean and beds were very comfortable. It's a very upgraded property and overall staff/service was awesome. In the morning they had hot breakfast - cheese omelette was very nice, juices were not watered down, fruits were fresh, milk and everything was good. They were cleaning it very fast and items were available immediately without guests has to ask for it. Overall it's a very good experience. Parking was also safe and sound.
Great location, super dog friendly and the service is amazing. The breakfast is good and the waffles are in the shape of Texas. I would definitely go back.
The rooms are so spacious. I loved it. The only thing they need is a pool
