Room was missing towels as well.
Nice room size, comfortable beds. Cramped bathroom/shower. Standard breakfast fare.
Not sure how this place is called a suite? The room is essentially a glorified hotel room with an extra sink. I had to stay here for about a week for work and brought a bunch of food expecting to able to cook my dinners, and boy I was wrong. Room has empty cabinets, tiny fridge and no means to cook food minus a microwave. Made me quite mad; wasted my time, money and food!
Delightful. Clean room. Accommodated my family of five. Great breakfast with Texas-shaped waffles. Kind staff.
Only stopped by there to visit family that was staying there. Went out to the pool to find it filled with flying ants, gross. The inside was nice, very quiet and clean and my aunt had a double room big enough to fit almost the whole family (we're a big Mexican family, for context). I'd like to stay there for real, given the chance.
I booked through Choice Hotels and no where was it noted that there would be a $100 incidentals authorization on my card. I've stayed at this hotel several times and was never told about this by any other clerk, but they did make the authorization against my card each time. No where on the paperwork I signed when I checked in does it state they are making the authorization.
The clerk who checked me in on this stay was new so she stated all the facts.
