Rooms are okay. Water pressure is weak. No cell reception. Internet is pretty slow. Food is pretty good. Staff is great.
Let's see...the first time I stayed here I had encountered the most careless and horrible receptionist ever. Someone who obviously did not care for her job. She gave me a room twice with someone asleep in it. The third time the key didn't work. So imagine it is late at night and you're tired and sleepy from driving many hours and you need to wake up soon and here you're dealing with this person who can't give you a room. Two times in a row with a room that had someone in it asleep. The second time...I was given a room literally at the end of the camp...i was told no room was closer to the entrance. And guess what ? Someone was there already. I was given the same excuse as always. Blame it on the other shift. This shows that the management is unorganized. If it's your first day here expect at least 30 min to check in and that's when it is not busy at all. The parking is quite horrible. Forget about finding a decent walk parking spot. At night this place turns into downtown china. If you find a parking spot then don't move that car or else you will struggle to find one. The food is quite hard to describe. ..think of the worse thing chef gordan ramsy ever said about food and apply that. Now the rooms are very nice looking. The bed is comfy and so is the blanket. Sort of Clean rooms and nice looking. They have the minimum standard of cleaning I guess. You will find dust in places like underneath the microwave. On the tv..on the receiver.the light pulps. Make sure to clean the air filter. They are extremely dirty. The toilets are not well cleaned. Wifi is definitely horrible and the ohone signal is worse. + for the rooms -- for the food and front desk. Please don't compare this to iron horse in carlsbad, nm. IH in carlsbad was excellent from all perspectives.
Wifi and cell service is trash. Food is a 5 on a scale of 1-10. Rooms are good housekeeping could be improved. Oh did I mention WI-FI AND CELL SERVICE SUCKS.
Its so much better now that target logistics owns it.
Food is not good. Rooms are frequently dirty. I mop my own room when ever I get here and it's black the first 2 mood then starts to go to just cloudy water. Also check you A/C vent filters they are probably plugged up with dust.
