Sinks were disgusting.
The whole hotel was very humid and had a weird funky smell to it. Since it was so humid, the rooms would hardly reach below 72-73 degrees. Absolutely miserable when that's mixed with humidity.
Only reason why they get two stars is because the pool was cold and the hot tub was warm. But, both the pool and hot tub were disgusting, hardly cleaned, and over loaded with chlorine.
No hot water, no cable or wifi. Comfortable beds thought. AC works great.
This place is terrible. I don’t know how the building hasn’t been condemned, it’s falling apart you can tell the roof leaks it smells (mold I would guess) the place looked abandoned. I was informed by another person who stayed there of bedbugs. I left went elsewhere. Stay far away from this place! I don’t understand how Ramada lets them use their name
Not to mention the pillows smelt like the last person who slept there.
They never cleaned the room or took out the trash for the week we were there. They told us we had to take our own trash out or else "they'll get more bedbugs and the cockroaches will get worse." Cannot believe an employee would tell us that, we bought air mattresses that night in fear of the beds.
Zero stars is more accurate. This facility has NO HOT WATER, NO PHONE, NO INTERNET, the pool is"closed for good" and they quite their free breakfast. It is unsafe, unhealthy, disgusting and a huge health code violation. They cannot launder sheets without hot water, so enjoy sleeping with the prior guest, because you will be. A call to the health department is in order. Oh, and a call to the Ramada corporate number about the concerns is just as useless. They said it is a "local owners issues and they wont get involved" That is some quality customer service right there..... Nice work Ramada, you are now the bottom dwellers in the hotel chain.
Disaster. Avoid. NO hot water. No breakfast. No clean sheets. No internet/wi fi. Phones don't work. No one stays there. Parking lot empty. Could not check me in - computers down. Still high price. Worse, Whydham continues to list this as a property they handle. Avoid. Avoid. NO STARS.
