Mrs. Johnnie was the nicest person I have ever meet. She has excellent quest services. She really knows how to treat a quest. The is far most the best hotel I've ever stayed in because of her she made everything wonderful. She should be a manager if she isn't one already. And the room was nice. Thanks Mrs. J

After being on the road for sixteen hours the only thing I was looking foward too was a HOT shower and a cozy bed. Upon my arrival I received neither. I was told the room we had booked was unfortunately given away, that there were no remaining rooms(they had one remaining room, but the keycard didnt work and the clerk didn't know why). Would have been great if they would have called after giving our room away so we could have made other arrangements; at this point it was already 0400. Sad part is the company we work for book rooms here for months at a time. I think its about time we start leaning towards other more reliable hotel chains, and I advice you to do the same.
Thank you to the sweet lady named Johnny who helped us find a room with them at 5am and let us check in immediately because we had no place to stay! Nice and clean rooms. Will definitely stay there again!
